On February 5th an EVOO Sensory Seminar was held in the restaurant of CETT-UB Campus (Tourism, Hospitality and Gastronomy Campus) in cooperation with the Cofradía de la Virgen María del Olivo.

Our Empeltre oil was part of a tasting led by the president of the Centre de Desenvolupament de l’Ol, Mrs. Angels Calvo.

A speech was held by Dr. Francisco Lorenzo, founding partner of Olearum i de Museus de l’Oli, l’Agustí Romero, researcher at IRTA – Mas Bové, and Stefania Vichi of LiBiFOOD Research Group Nutrition.

We are very grateful to the CETT for the invitation and for making the qualities of our Empeltre oil known.
