Empeltre Olive Paste


This paste is made exactly like the Arbequina olive paste using, of course, the Empeltre olive. A more classical taste than the Arbequina, but used in the same way.

You can use it with canapés, mix it with cheese or pasta, add it on pizzas, season your cod carpaccio with it, and much more.

Ingredients: Empeltre olive and aromatic herbs.
