Made exactly like the Arbequina and Empeltre olive pastes, but, of course, with the Sevillana olive. A more bitter taste than the others due to being harvested while green.

Description

Dilute the paste with a bit of oil and use it as dressing for salads, fish, etc. You can also use it in canapés, with anchovies, tuna, or as an appetizer.
