This event, where about 100 professionals are expected to participate, is designed to introduce the Empeltre olive variety. 

The session included tasting samples of dishes prepared with extra virgin oil from the Empeltre variety. A dozen companies participated in the event where tradition was fused with haute cuisine.

The showroom included up to 12 appetizers made with quality products: from artichoke chops to quail shoulders, grilled tomato, asparagus tips, calf jerky…and the sweetest of products such as jam or bread with chocolate, all of it seasoned with extra virgin olive oil of the denomination.
