Arbequina’s oil has a deep green fruity profile, revealing hints from quality fruits and a clean and well-regulated elaboration process.
AROMA: Secondary flairs easily identifiable, with predominance of cut grass and nuances of green almond and garden plants as the artichoke.
FLAVOUR: It’s spicy and sour, with a medium sweetness that balances the sensations in the mouth. The almond flavour provides some softness to the oil.
